- Basic information in lieu of Trademark Registration–
- Any person who claims to be an owner of the trademark may file the trademark registration application. It includes following things- Corporate body, Partnership Firm, Society, HUF, Individual.
- Design, slogan, name, sound, image, number can be registered on the name of the person owns them.
- Goods and Services are classified into 45 classes out of which first 34 classes cover the goods and rest 11 (35 to 45) are for services. Goods and services are registered in these classes as per the provisions of intellectual property law.
