Trademark Litigation:

Trademark Litigation can be defined as the legal process which came into picture after the infringement of trademark cases to provide solution to the aggrieved party. Trademark litigation can be both Domestic or international. The most common purpose of the trademark litigation is to place legal injunction on all infringement activities of the infringer by the court of law, and to draw the compensation for the infringed party which suffered loss due to this activity.

Like any other litigation, trademark litigation includes following steps- legal summons, presenting evidences, court hearing, summary judgements or legal trials.
