Objection of Trademark:
Trademark basically refers to any logo, symbol, taglines or we can say the combo of these which ultimately represents an identity of any brand to which it belongs. Trademark should be registered by filling an application in the trademark registration office in accordance to rules and provisions of the laws. In case trademark registrar found any violation of any trademark rule and laws due to any reason whether it be the similarity with any other trademark which is already registered or any other valid objection, he may raise objection against the proposed trademark.
In case a trademark objection is filed, one has to file the reply to that trademark objection within the duration of a month.
