Indian law demands care on the part of every citizen, which can be expected from a prudent man. According to the law, trademark is important to be registered but responsibility doesn’t end up here. Once a trademark is registered, it also need to be renewed after every 10 years.

Trademark renewal must be filed before the expiry of the mark. It is preferably suggested to file the renewal form before 6 months of the expiry date. The trademark renewal application form should be prepared and filed before the deadline to enjoy the continuous protection of the trademark without any chances of a litigation or any other kind of unwanted event. It is suggested to file the renewal of mark, 6 months before the expiry of the mark. But if in case anyone missed to file the renewal application, it can be filed up to 6 months after the expiry date of the mark and one can renew the trademark for the upcoming 10 years.
