Process of Copyright

Procedure for the registration of copyrights:

1. The first schedule to the rules prescribed that for the registration of copyright, an application is to be made for the same.
2. In case there are two or more works, it is prescribed that separate application should be made for separate works.
3. Second schedule to the rules, prescribed an amount of sum as fees for each kind of work, which required to be submitted by the owner of the work. Each application should be accompanied by the requisite fees.
4. At last, application should be signed by the applicant or the advocate in whose favour power of attorney has been executed.
